We shall not offer refunds for purchases made on our website under any circumstances.
However, a product can be returned in exchange for another of a similar value or higher.
Returns will only be accepted if the product purchased on the website is:
- faulty or
- expired.
Request for returns should be made within 24 hours after receipt of the purchased product. The product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It also must be in its original packaging.
Product returns will not be accepted if you:
- have changed your mind about the product after purchasing it
- caused the fault/damage on the product
- chosen the wrong product
- bought a product that is non-returnable
- have opened, partially used or disfigured the product
- it is past 24 hours after receipt of the product.
