Natrise tolvaptan 8’s
Natrise contains tolvaptan, a vasopressin V2-receptor antagonist. Tolvaptan blocks the action of vasopressin in the kidneys, causing the body to excrete excess water without losing sodium. This helps raise sodium levels in the blood and restore fluid balance. It helps treat hyponatremia (low blood sodium levels), typically seen in heart failure, liver cirrhosis, and syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH).
